Political hit piece mailers based on lies are running rampant this election cycle.
I won’t allow these lies to go unanswered and my constituents to be deceived. Let’s get to the bottom of them together.
FACT: Ellen troxclair is the only hd19 candidate endorsed by the nra, tsra, Texas homeschool coalition, and governor greg abbott.
LIE: Representative Troxclair has lost the support of all major GOP groups who supported my campaign last cycle.
I won’t mislead you by lying. My record is strong and proven and that is why I have earned the endorsements I advertise.
My opponent has received several cease and desist letters from organizations that have endorsed my campaign for reelection by lying about their support.
Fact: Ellen Troxclair and the 88th legislature did not vote to increase their pensions.
LIE: Representative Troxclair joined democrats to increase her state pension.

Fact: Ellen troxclair believes in the united states constitution.
LIE: Representative Troxclair voted to bring Sharia Law to Texas.
Our first amendment rights guarantee a Freedom of Religion. Members filed HONORARY or CELEBRATORY resolutions to recognize their religious holidays. This is their right. What these resolutions did not have was any legal ramifications or state money use.

LIE: Representative Troxclair is helping bring Biden’s safer communities act to our state.
Background checks already existed for anyone under 21 - but the Senate unanimously passed SB728 that expanded this check to include if someone 16 or older has been institutionalized by a court, or has other records of mental health problems with the judicial system.
